Abernethy Contracting performed off-site road improvements for the Evolve at Parkway luxury apartment complex in Concord, NC. The Evolve Construction group needed a contractor experienced in roadway construction with the in-house capabilities to deliver quickly and efficiently. Abernethy self-performed the work from start to finish to create a durable driving surface to access the complex.
Our total scope of services included grading, storm drainage improvements, installation of concrete curb and medians, full-depth asphalt paving within NCDOT Right of Way, milling, asphalt paving, and striping.
