    Abernethy Contracting provides both short and long-term disability to employees, as well as group life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance in the amount of $15,000 at no cost to the employee. Abernethy Contracting offers long-term disability to employees to protect their positions with the company in the event of ongoing medical care.
